eNETsolutions Austin location is now open and has hit the ground running. The new location is to help serve its clientele in the Austin and San Antonio areas. President and CEO Craig Hardee explained that eNET’s growth in those markets was making it impractical to provide full support from the Houston headquarters.
The key feature in the Austin office is the voice and security briefing facility. "A large part of what we do for our clients is show them how to optimize their use of Cisco products. It is essential that our training facilities enable us to offer them the best educational experience available," said Mr. Hardee. "Our people strive to be the best trained professionals in the industry, and we want our customers to have a totally satisfying experience, with not only eNET, but with the entire Cisco product line.”
Dan Roberts, eNETsolution’s Senior Account Manager, is responsible for regional operations and business development. The new office, is located on Riata Trace Parkway off Highway 183 and Oak Knoll, less than one mile from Cisco’s corporate Austin office.
